Every field opens the original page.

aktklar checks applications for completeness, drafts the letter asking for what's missing and keeps an eye on the deadline. It runs on your own server or your IT provider's, not in the cloud.
The application arrives as one scan. aktklar splits it into documents and suggests who each one belongs to. You confirm.
Each box is one page of the scan.
For every person you see what your list requires and what is there. One click opens the original page.
aktklar drafts the request from the open points. You approve it and send it the usual way.
Dear Ms Steiner,
for your application of 15 October 2026 we still need:
Deadline: Tuesday, 10 November 2026
The documents arrive on 9 November. Because the file is complete before the cut-off date, the earlier start applies.
Benefit starts 1 November 2026
After the 15th it would have been 1 December.
Built from the aktklar sample case, names made up. The application itself is in German.

For investors
Benefit applications arrive with many mandatory documents. For the Styrian housing benefit, every person in the household needs proof of main residence and income. Incomplete applications lead to follow-up requests and deadlines that case workers track by hand.
Austria has 2,092 municipalities (industry report), 285 of them in Styria outside Graz (Gemeindebund). 805 of the 1,155 Styrian child care facilities have a public provider (Statistik Austria, 2025/26).
Most vendors build general AI assistants. The closest are KI-Quadrat (building applications) and FLY2AI (completeness of funding applications, as a cloud form tool). The municipal software k5 and GeOrg could add a completeness check. We found no vendor that handles benefit applications per household member under provincial rules. This is our reading of public pages (29 October 2026), not a market study.
Under the EU AI Act, our documented classification is not high-risk: the AI only prepares and never assesses eligibility (Article 6(3)). That's our classification, not a guarantee. Sign-off and registration come before the first pilot with real case files. Source: EUR-Lex
